If something isn’t answered here, it will be on the discovery call — 30 minutes and no sales agenda attached.

It depends on the sprint type. Commercial Model Builds typically run 2–3 weeks. Partnership Strategy Sprints run 4–6 weeks. GTM & Channel Launches are 4–8 weeks. Shamina’s Digital and CRM programmes are scoped individually — but we always agree a timeline before we start. No open-ended engagements.
Mark or Shamina — directly. We don’t subcontract, we don’t use junior analysts to do the heavy lifting, and we don’t disappear mid-engagement. The person you speak to on the discovery call is the person doing the work.
Mark works primarily in energy, utilities, eco-tech and consumer services — sectors where commercial partnership structures are complex and the economics really matter. Shamina’s Digital and CRM work spans FMCG, consumer goods and retail, with significant depth in global brands and multi-market programmes.
Everything needed to deliver the named outcome: research, analysis, stakeholder interviews, frameworks, models, and a final deliverable you can act on. What’s not included: implementation, unless we’ve explicitly scoped it. We’re happy to support delivery, but that’s a separate conversation — agreed before we start.
Sprints are fixed-fee, agreed upfront. The indicative ‘from’ prices on our engagements section are starting points — the final fee depends on complexity and scope, which we define together before anything starts. There’s no time-and-materials billing and no mid-engagement surprises.
Both. We’re UK-based and work with clients across the country. Most engagements run primarily remote with in-person sessions at key moments — kick-off, mid-sprint review, final readout. We’ll work to whatever cadence makes the engagement most effective for your team.
